Yiya is a supplier of high-quality customizable Cardboard Perfume Packaging Tubes. Our product is specially designed for 30ml small-capacity light fragrances and salon perfumes with a detachable and straight-in type outer packaging. The tube body is made of soft light yellow checkered art paper, with fine silver lines as the edge decoration. The outer wall can be printed with handwritten English product names, perfumer's logo and production location. The overall appearance is gentle and fresh, suitable for floral and fruity, light and sweet niche perfume positioning.
Yiya Factory manufactures Cardboard Perfume Packaging Tubes. The tube body is formed by a multi-layer wooden card paper integrated roll. It is accompanied by the same layout of paper cover. A white buffer inner liner can be added inside the tube, which can completely wrap the round perfume bottle, preventing external friction and moisture. Whether it is sold individually in offline fragrance stores or shipped as a gift box in cross-border beauty stores, it is suitable for all scenarios. The entire set is mainly made of fully paper materials, only with narrow and silver decorative edges. It is lightweight and easy to recycle and degrade.
Why is it suitable for perfumes?
The soft light checkered paper surface blocks light and delays the evaporation and deterioration of the fragrance.
The light checkered thick card paper has better light-blocking properties than ordinary thin paper boxes. It can block direct light and prevent the internal essential oils of the perfume from oxidizing and changing the smell due to light exposure. It is suitable for long-term display and long-distance maritime storage.
The split cylindrical structure buffers the glass bottle, reducing damage and loss.
The round and smooth body has no sharp edges. Combined with the white buffer paper pad inside the tube, it can buffer the impact force during courier sorting, stacking and transportation, effectively preventing the perfume bottle from being scratched or the nozzle from wearing out.
The entire paper base has no odor and will not interfere with the original fragrance of the perfume.
Both the inner and outer paper layers use non-fluorescent wood pulp paper and water-based eco-friendly glue. After the finished product is ventilated and matured, there is no chemical pungent smell and it will not adsorb or change the original fragrance notes of flowers, fruits, woods, etc., meeting the standards for cosmetic contact materials.
The layout space is sufficient, fully capable of carrying compliant foreign language information.
The printing area around the tube body is abundant. The origin label, capacity, perfumer's logo, and fragrance name can be layered and arranged. The small characters are printed clearly without overlapping the edges, meeting the requirements of European and American cosmetics import label supervision.
The lightweight cylindrical tube reduces logistics costs and is suitable for cross-border small package shipping.
The overall weight of the Cardboard Perfume Packaging Tube is much lower than that of wooden or tin gift boxes. Small packages for cross-border transportation have lower shipping costs. The cylinder fits the contour of the bottle, has smaller packing gaps, and can carry more goods in the same container.
Manufacturing process
Pre-treatment of base paper
Our Cardboard Perfume Packaging Tube uses high-strength artistic patterned base paper. It undergoes constant temperature drying to remove moisture from the paper surface, preventing warping and color changes during later printing.
Four-color layer printing
Layered printing of light grid background, English text, hand-drawn logo and French flag logo. The ink used is low-migration soy ink. After printing, it is left to stand for 24 hours until it is completely dry to avoid color blending.
Silver line decoration processing
The waistline of the tube body is treated with fine silver embossing. The width of the silver edge is precisely controlled to ensure uniform lines without breaks around the entire circumference.
Fully automatic roll forming
The printing surface paper is laminated and combined with the inner white paper, and then continuously rolled into standard cylinders. The inner diameter and height are uniformly calibrated to ensure the tube body is straight and the diameters at both ends are consistent.
Cylinder cap die-cutting
The patterned paper of the same batch is separately die-cut and pressed to form the cylinder cap. Each cylinder cap is paired with the cylinder body, and the insertion and removal tension is adjusted. The feel is uniform and not loose.
Final inspection and sorting of finished products
Manual inspection of printing color difference, tube body deformation, silver edge detachment, and cutting edge burrs is conducted for each product. Qualified products are classified and packed, and defective products are removed before delivery to the customer.
